How to Buy Inner Circle

Steps to buy
- Click “Join Today”
- Choose Monthly ($97/month) or Annual ($990/year) Membership
- Input payment information
- Click Submit Order
Client will be redirected to the Confirmation Page
Client will receive a Confirmation Email within 24 hours of purchase (in non-peak times, it usually arrives within an hour)
How to Log In to Inner Circle
Steps:
- After purchasing Inner Circle, clients MUST log in with the link in their confirmation email (link above) the first time they log in to unlock access to the program
- If the client is BRAND NEW to Tony Robbins and has never made a purchase/had an account with that email address, here are the steps they need to take:
- Click the link in the confirmation email
- Click Sign In
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter the email associated with the account
- Click Send Email. The email has been sent to the address you provided. And the link is valid for 1 hour.
- Click the Reset Password button in the email
- Enter new password in the textbox
- Click Set Password
- Click Back to Sign In. Client will also receive confirmation email that password has been reset.

- · If the client has an account with Tony Robbins here are the steps they need to take:
- Click the link in confirmation email
- Click Sign In
- Use their Tony Robbins Members Portal login credentials to login

Troubleshooting
Didn’t get confirmation email
- Confirmation emails can take up to 24 hours to receive during peak purchasing times
- If a client has not received their confirmation email and reaches out, please verify the purchase in SFDC
- If the client has purchased Inner Circle, please send the confirmation email after providing them access
Issues logging in
- If the client has issues logging in, please have them screenshot the error message they are receiving
- Error Messages:
- Incorrect username or password à confirm that the email is the correct one associated with their purchase, if they still have issues have the client reset their password
- You do not have access to their program, please reach out to Customer Service (this means the client does not have a program tag) à go to the client’s account and go to program tags to see if they have a program tag
- If they have a program tag, have them try resetting their password
- If they do not have a program tag, reach out to Customer Service to have them create a program tag for the client
- Once program tag is created they should be able to login
Program tag issues
- Client does NOT have program tag
- If you can verify the purchase on the client’s account AND that the account is not past due, reach out to customer service to add program tag for Inner Circle
- To check for Program Tag, go to the client’s account, click Program Tags, click the Program Tag, see if they have an Inner Circle Program Tag
- Client has Program Tag
- If you can verify the purchase on the client’s account, but the account is past due, please have client update their billing information in their members portal under My Account > Recurring Billing > Tony Robbins Inner Circle > View More > Update Payment Information. Once payment for membership has processed they should have access
- If you can verify the purchase on the client’s account and all payments are up to date, the client may not have the correct program tag. Please reach out to Customer Service to get program tag added for Inner Circle
- If this still does not work, please have Customer Service submit an IT ticket with the client’s email so they can troubleshoot further
- Program tag trouble shooting steps
- First: ensure the client is using the email that is associated with the account
- Second: Ensure client is up to date on all payments on that opportunity
- Third: Check to see if Program Tag is active (end date has not passed)
- Fourth: Emulate the member and login with their credentials (username and password)
- If after doing all 4 things you are still unable to login, then create an IT ticket with the client’s information and explain the issue with repeatable steps so IT can troubleshoot.
How to cancel membership
- Go to https://portal.tonyrobbins.com/account/recurring-billing/membership-subscription and under Membership Subscription click on Tony Robbins Inner Circle and then cancel membership
- If client does not see their membership on their account under Membership Subscription, please reach out to Customer Service to cancel the membership and they will create a request with Event Services to cancel the autobill
How to update billing information
- Go to https://portal.tonyrobbins.com/account/recurring-billing/membership-subscription and under Membership Subscription click on Tony Robbins Inner Circle and then Update Payment Method
How to reset password
- Go to arena.tonyrobbins.com
- click Sign In
- Forgot Password
- enter the email associated with account
- click Send Email. The email has been sent to the address you provided. And the link is valid for 1 hour. Click the Reset Password button in email
- enter new password in textbox
- click Set Password
- click Back to Sign In.
- Client will also receive confirmation email that password has been reset.
- They should be able to login now with their new password they created
Finding previous trainings
- If a client is looking for previous coaching workshops, they can find all of them under Coaching Content Library
- The library is sorted to show all of this year by month and then any trainings that were before this year are in buckets. Clients can expand each bucket to find the training they are looking for
- They can also use the search bar to find trainings
- If a client is look for previous trainings with Tony, they can find all of them under Previous Tony Live Trainings
- The library is sorted by date with the newest trainings at the top and oldest at the bottom
RSVP to upcoming trainings
- Upcoming trainings / events can be found in the Events and Trainings section inside Inner Circle
- To RSVP clients can click the event and then select “Going, Maybe, Not Going” for their RSVP
- They can also click Add to Calendar to add the event to their calendar like a meeting
What emails to Inner Circle clients receive each month?
- On the first of each month, clients will receive a monthly newsletter
- Leading up to each monthly coaching workshop, members will receive the following communications
- Email: 1 Week Prior
- Email: 3 Days Prior
- Email: 1 Day Prior
- Email: 3 Hours Prior
- Email: 30 Min Prior
- If they RSVP “Going” in the app, the app will automatically send them an in-app notification reminder 30 minutes prior to the event
- SMS: 15 Min Prior
- In-App Message from Team Tony: 10 Min Prior
- Email: Replay (when the replay becomes available
