Purpose:
To provide clear steps for attaching additional documentation when the requester notes field is not sufficient due to character limitations, or when supporting documents are required to process a paperless request.
When to Use:
- When requester notes exceed the character limit.
- When additional details are necessary for processing.
- When supporting documents are required, such as:
- Wire refund forms
- Screenshots
- Proof of manager approvals
- Other client documentation
Procedure
- Locate Request
- Navigate to the opportunity in the system.
- Identify the submitted request.
- Open Request
- Click on the Request Number to open it on your screen.
- Access Related Tab
- In the top left corner, click on the Related tab.
- Upload Documentation
- Under Notes and Attachments, select Upload Files.
- Locate the file on your computer.
- Select the file and click Open to upload.
- Verify Assignment
- Check that the Assigned To field is set to Jr Par.
- If it is not, click the pencil icon to edit and reassign it back to Jr Par.
- Confirm Completion
- Ensure the uploaded file appears under Notes and Attachments.
- Confirm that the request is correctly assigned.
Outcome:
The supporting documentation is successfully attached, and the request is properly assigned for processing.
