Overview
This guide walks you through the steps required to attach supporting documentation to an existing paperless request in Salesforce. Follow all steps carefully to ensure requests are processed accurately and on time.
Who This Is For: All Salesforce users, except Coaches.
Before You Begin
Use this guide when the requester notes field is not sufficient due to character limitations, or when supporting documents are required to process a paperless request. This includes situations such as:
- Requester notes exceed the character limit.
- Additional details are necessary for processing.
- Supporting documents are required, such as:
- Wire refund forms
- Screenshots
- Proof of manager approvals
- Other client documentation
Note: If you have not yet submitted a paperless request, see How to Submit a Paperless Request (PP Req) before continuing.

Navigate to the opportunity from which you submitted the paperless request, or type the request number into the Salesforce search bar to locate the submitted request.
Step 2: Open the Request

After you click Open, the file will upload. Click Done to complete this portion of the attachment.
Step 5: Verify Assignment
Check that the Assigned To field is set to Jr Par. If it is not, click the pencil icon to edit and reassign it back to Jr Par.
Click the pencil icon, type "Jr Par," and select it from the drop-down menu.
Click Save at the bottom.
Step 6: Confirm Completion
- Ensure the uploaded file appears under Notes and Attachments.
- Confirm that the request is correctly assigned.
