Time off request process
Time off requests are submitted through the Coastal Payroll portal digitally.
Key details:
- How it works: Log into your Coastal account, go to the "Time Off" section, and follow the steps outlined in the employee Time Off Guide to submit your request.
- Access Options: You can choose to log in to your Coastal account either on your computer or through the mobile app. By downloading the Isolved People Cloud app from your app store, you can access your Isolved account, view your employee record, and request time off directly from your phone.
- Employee Guides: Resources for Time Off Requests are available in Coastal under Employee Self-Service > Employee Messages.
- Approval process: After submission, your manager will review and either approve or deny your request. You’ll receive an email notification with their decision.
- Canceling approved time off: If you need to cancel approved time off, please inform your manager by email and cc the HR department at humanresources@tonyrobbins.com.
Instructions:
- Locate the menu options on the left panel of the site. Click Time, click employee calendar.
- Click on the Request Time Off located immediately below the employee calendar
- Complete the Time off request and hit Save.
🚨 Final Step – For CSRs and PRSs
Before you finish:
Submit a Zendesk ticket to Business Operations to inform them of the specific business days (excluding weekends and holidays) you’ll be out of office.
This step is required for quota and lead distribution purposes, so please ensure it’s completed before your time off.
