Below are key reminders and campaign guidelines to help you process offers accurately and confidently.
π Use the Holiday SKUs
To ensure clients receive the full Holiday Value Stack, they must purchase using the holiday-specific SKUs.
Holiday SKUs are clearly labeled.
They appear at the top of the product picklist when selecting a coaching product.
Always double-check that the holiday SKU is selected before completing an order.
π« No Retroactive Additions
Holiday offers apply from the campaign launch date forward only.
Gifts, bonuses, or special inclusions cannot be retroactively added to purchases made prior to launch.
This ensures fairness and consistency across all client transactions.
π§ Email Exclusions for Recent Purchasers
Clients who have purchased coaching within the last 90 days are excluded from receiving the holiday promotion emails.
This helps prevent confusion or requests for retroactive adjustments.
You can still manually share the new offer details if appropriate.
π Offer Details and Deliverables
All information regarding:
Specific holiday offers by contract type,
Bonus inclusions,
Hat shipments, and
Digital deliverables
ποΈ Upgrades for Clients Who Purchased Using Holiday Campaign Offers
Clients who purchased coaching during the Holiday Campaign can upgrade their tickets.
You may give the client the contact information for their PRS, since the PRS is the person who will complete the upgrade. The PRS can be identified in Salesforce as the Account Owner.
You may also submit a ticket to Business Operations if you prefer support. Business Operations will loop in the assigned PRS and ensure the client is connected for the upgrade process.
