You can easily view the requests you’ve submitted to Zendesk and check their status, activity, and client details.
Follow these steps to review your tickets.
Step 1: Go to the Zendesk Help Center
Go to https://helpdesk.tonyrobbins.com/hc/en-us.
Once you’re on the page, click your name in the upper-right corner, then select Requests from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: View Your Request List
You’ll see a list of all the requests you’ve submitted, including:
Subject line
Ticket ID
Created date
Last updated date
Current status (Open, Solved, or Closed)
Click on any request to open it.
Step 3: Review Request Details
When you open a specific request, scroll along the right-hand panel to view:
Who created the request
Assigned team member
Ticket status and last activity date
At the bottom of the panel, you’ll find the Client Name and Client Number associated with the request.
✅ Tip: You can also add comments or attachments directly to the request thread if you need to provide updates or additional details.
