Purpose
This article provides internal guidance for supporting clients with login issues, Mastery Community access, event group access, Arena access, Facebook migration questions, and password resets.
Login Questions
How do I sign in
• Clients receive a welcome or confirmation email with a sign in link.
• They must click the link, click Sign In, and use their Tony Robbins Portal credentials.
• First time login must happen through this link: https://arena.tonyrobbins.com/users/onboarding/choose_plan?plan_id=1732097&bundle_token=eee3fb1deb81fd464df24e97ad24da6f&utm_source=manual
• After login, they click Access to unlock their Mastery Community space.
Not able to access the community or an event group
• Confirm the client has the correct Mastery program tag such as TRIC or BAP.
• Without the correct tag, they cannot access the Mastery Community or event groups.
• If the purchase was within 24 hours, the program tag may not be active yet.
Reset or forgot password
• Go to the login page.
• Click Sign In.
• Click Forgot Password.
• Enter the email address associated with the Mastery account.
• A one time reset link will be emailed and will be valid for 1 hour.
Event Specific Groups Questions
How can I join my event group
• The event group link appears in the Members Portal under the Community card approximately 120 days before the event begins.
• Event groups do not have a feed for posting until 30 days before the event.
• Clients receive an email when the feed becomes active.
Why can I not join the group from the side bar
• Clients must use the unique link in their Members Portal or in the event email.
• Links are specific to the client’s scheduled event.
• If the client is not scheduled, they will not receive a valid link.
Arena Specific Questions
How do I download the mobile app
• Click HERE to download the app on a mobile device.
• Clients can also search for the Tony Robbins Arena app in their app store.

• Enter the email address associated with the Business Accelerator account.
• A one time reset link will be emailed and will be valid for 1 hour.
Mastery Community Specific Questions
How do I change my password
• Go to the sign in page.
• Click Sign In.
• Click Forgot Password.
• Enter the email address.
• Follow the link in the reset email.
I purchased Business Accelerator or Inner Circle and do not see Mastery Community in my Arena account
• Use the link below to unlock Mastery Community.
• Click Sign In and enter the same credentials used for Inner Circle or Business Accelerator.
• Once logged in, click Access to unlock the Mastery Community spaces.

Facebook Offramp Plan
What is the migration plan
• An announcement will be sent to inform the community that the Official Tony Robbins Group is migrating to the Tony Robbins Arena app and that the Facebook group will be paused.
• A second announcement will confirm the pause date for the Facebook group.
• When the pause date arrives, the group will be paused and clients will be directed to the Mighty Networks community.
• There will be no official Facebook groups for Mastery.
• UPW and Summit groups will continue as needed.
How should I engage with Facebook posts during the transition
• Continue engaging with the community as usual.
• Mention the new community when it makes sense.
• Example. If a client posts about an upcoming Mastery event, you may respond with support and invite them to share their excitement in the new community.
Migration Questions. Not for Clients
Migration timeline
• First communication goes out on Thursday February 27.
• This wave invites the top 100 most engaged in the Mastery Facebook community and the top 100 most engaged with communications in the last 60 days.
• Second wave goes out on Wednesday March 5 and includes all Mastery purchasers in the last 2 years.
• Clients will no longer be invited to Facebook Mastery groups.
• New Mastery Facebook groups will not be created.
• All clients will be directed to Arena.
Why we are migrating
• Arena provides direct access to clients and more control over the community experience.
• Arena allows RSVP functions and account activation tools that increase engagement insights.
• Arena supports intentional improvements based on client behavior.
Impact on existing Facebook groups
• Internal target to pause the Mastery Facebook Community is 30 days after the general launch on March 5.
• The pause date has shifted to May 1 and will be posted in the Facebook group.
• This date must not be announced until after Life Mastery 2025.
• The date will be announced approximately 1 week before the pause.

Who is being migrated
• The most engaged clients and Mastery purchasers within the last 2 years.
• Any previous purchaser may gain access by requesting the login link from the CS team.
• Coaching only clients will not be invited. This is a change from the prior approach.
Survey Link
• If clients request the feedback survey, send them this link or fill it out on their behalf.
