Coaches have the ability to update client phone numbers directly in Salesforce. This allows you to keep client records current without needing to submit a ticket.
How to Update a Client’s Phone Number
Open the client’s Account page in Salesforce.
Scroll to the Phone Number section.
Click the pencil icon next to the phone field you want to update.
Enter the new phone number.
Save your changes.
Notes
• You can update fields such as Work Phone, Mobile Phone, or Home Phone.
• If a field is locked or greyed out, please reach out to Business Operations for support.
