This article explains how to get support for Mastermind or AI Advantage products. Robbins Research International and Mastermind are separate organizations. Because of this separation, our team cannot view or update Mastermind account information. This guide will help you reach the Mastermind support team directly.

Tony and Dean collaborate on events. However, Robbins Research International which is Tony’s team and Mastermind which is Dean’s team operate independently. Mastermind manages its own accounts, payments, and technical systems. You will need to connect with their support team for any account related questions or technical issues.
How to Contact Mastermind Support
Log in to Your Mastermind Account
Sign in at Mastermind.com.
Go to the Help Center
Once you are logged in, select the Help Center tab under the Support section on the left side of your screen.
Use Live Chat for General Support
Available Monday through Friday, 6 AM through 6 PM PST.
Use Business Hub Live Chat for Technical Support
Available 24 by 7.
Log in to your account.
Click the Business Hub tab.
Look for the live chat icon located on the bottom right corner.
