Purpose
Create clarity and consistency for processing payment plan sales with multiple tickets so subscriptions and billing are set up correctly and the client is charged the correct amount.
Scope
This process applies only to opportunities sold on a payment plan.
General Rule
If the opportunity quantity is greater than 1 and the sale is a payment plan, this process must be followed.
Processing Steps
Multiple tickets may be sold on a payment plan under a single opportunity.
Do not split the sale into separate opportunities unless explicitly instructed.
At checkout, collect the minimum required deposit.
The deposit amount must equal the standard down payment multiplied by the number of tickets sold.
Complete the opportunity using the standard flow to secure the sale and the client commitment.
After the opportunity is processed and the deposit is taken, submit a paperless request to Rev Ops.
Paperless Request Details
Include the following information in the paperless request
Number of tickets sold.
Deposit amount already collected.
A request to update the subscription so billing reflects the correct quantity and total amount.

Following these steps ensures the subscription is updated correctly and the client is charged the correct amount for the total ticket quantity.
This process keeps subscriptions accurate and allows payment plan sales to move forward smoothly.
