This article explains how trainers confirm DISC participants, submit the Zendesk request, and how the DISC dashboard and credits are prepared for the client before the DISC module is delivered.
Confirm DISC Participants During the Welcome Call
During the welcome or introductory call, confirm how many people from the client’s team will participate in the DISC assessment.
Ask the client how many participants will take the DISC assessment.
If the client already knows the number of participants, the request can be submitted after the call.
If the client does not yet know the number, confirm the final number during a one on one conversation with the client.
The final number must be confirmed no later than 2 weeks before the DISC module is delivered.
Submit the Zendesk Request; Required Fields
Once the final number of participants has been confirmed, submit the DISC Dashboard request through Zendesk.
When submitting the ticket, select the following fields.
Issue Type. Business Operations Request
Department. Coaching
What do you need help with. BRT Support
Additional Details. DISC Dashboard
Complete the Remaining Fields; Client Information
Complete all required fields in the Zendesk form.

Enter the Salesforce CN, CX, or OPP number.
Description

Client name
Company name
Number of participants who will take the DISC assessment
Planned date for delivering the DISC module
Important Timing; Submit the Request in Advance
Submit the Zendesk ticket at least 2 weeks before delivering the DISC module.
This allows Business Operations to prepare the DISC dashboard and ensure the credits are available in time for the training.
Dashboard Setup and Credits
After the ticket is submitted, Business Operations will complete the dashboard setup.
Business Operations will create the DISC Dashboard for the client.
The client account will be set up with 6 DISC assessment credits.
If the trainer requests more than 6 assessments, Business Operations will coordinate with Assessments24x7 to add the additional credits.
The ticket will not be resolved until both of the following steps are completed.
The client account has been created.
The DISC credits have been added to the account.
If no additional credits are requested beyond the initial 6 credits, the ticket will be resolved once the account setup has been completed.
Dashboard Availability; Ready for Use
Once the account has been created and the credits have been added, the dashboard will be ready for the client to send DISC assessments to their participants.
