Purpose
This article outlines the process for attaching the $250 RPM add on ticket to qualifying client orders. Following this process protects the integrity of the offer and keeps every sale aligned with company standards. 🎯
The Offer
This pricing is available exclusively for clients who already purchased an event ticket in 2026.
- You can attach up to 10 $250 RPM add on tickets per order.
- The offer applies to any current 2026 event ticket holder from January through the present date.
How It Is Set Up
The $250 RPM ticket is configured as an open SKU in the system. It is not a price adjustment. It is available for you to use directly.
How to Attach the Ticket in Salesforce
When adding items to an order, select RPM as the Product Family and choose RPM Virtual - Additional Ticket from the Select Product dropdown.
- Set the quantity to the number of tickets being added (maximum of 10 per order).
- Click Add Selected Item to Order to apply it.
Compliance Process
Because the SKU is open, compliance is validated after the sale. You are responsible for completing every step below. 💪
Step 1: Submit a Request to Business Operations
- After attaching the $250 add on ticket, you must submit a request via Zendesk to Business Operations.
- Select General Support.
- Your request must include the new EC Opportunity number and the name of the client being added.
- It must also include the Opportunity number of the original 2026 EC holder the ticket is being attached to.
- This step is required for every transaction that uses this pricing.
Step 2: Business Operations Review
- Business Operations will review all incoming requests.
- Each $250 ticket must be tied to a valid parent Opportunity.
- Requests that are incomplete or cannot be verified will be followed up on directly with you.
Step 3: Follow Up for Missing Requests
- If you do not submit a Zendesk request, Business Operations will reach out to you directly.
- You will be asked to provide context on the pricing used.
Step 4: Non-Qualifying Sales
- If a $250 ticket is found to be attached to a non-qualifying client, you will be notified directly.
- The case will be escalated to Nick Garcia for support.
Rollout
This process is live and in effect now. You are expected to follow it on every applicable order.
Follow the process, protect the offer, and keep the momentum going. 🚀
