Overview
As part of the 2026 Outlook migration, your Calendly calendar connection may have been disconnected from Microsoft Exchange. This guide walks you through the steps to reconnect Calendly to your Outlook calendar to restore full functionality.
Who This Is For: Any team member whose Calendly is no longer syncing correctly following the Outlook migration or if you are disconnected from Calendly and want to resync.
Important: Complete all steps in order. Do not skip the disconnection step before reconnecting, as this may cause sync issues.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log Into Calendly
Open your Chrome browser and navigate to your Calendly calendar settings using the following link:
https://calendly.com/app/availability/calendar_settings
Note: Make sure you are logged into the correct Calendly account associated with your RRI work profile before proceeding.
Step 2: Navigate to Availability
Once logged in, locate and click on "Availability" from the left-hand navigation menu.
Step 3: Open Calendar Settings
On the Availability page, locate and click on "Calendar Settings" from the main screen.
Step 4: Disconnect from Exchange
In Calendar Settings, locate your current Microsoft Exchange connection and click "Disconnect" to remove it. This step is required before you can reconnect to Outlook.
Important: You must disconnect from Exchange first before proceeding. Skipping this step may prevent Outlook from connecting properly.
Step 5: Select Outlook Calendar
Once Exchange has been disconnected, new connection options will appear on the screen. Locate and select "Outlook Calendar" from the available options.
Step 6: Sign In to Your Microsoft Account
You will be prompted to sign in to your Microsoft account. Enter your RRI company email address and password to authenticate and complete the connection.
Note: Use your RRI company credentials, not a personal Microsoft account, when signing in.
Confirming the Connection
Once signed in, Calendly will reconnect to your Outlook calendar. You should see your Outlook calendar listed as connected in the Calendar Settings page. Your availability and scheduled events will begin syncing automatically.
If you do not see your calendar syncing within a few minutes, try refreshing the page or logging out of Calendly and logging back in.
