Follow these guidelines when locating your call history, voicemails, and recordings:
- Use the browser to search further back in your call history, voicemails, or recordings.
- Use the Zoom Workplace app on your laptop for day-to-day access instead of the browser.
- Familiarize yourself with the History, Voicemail, Recordings, and Settings tabs so you can quickly find what you need.
