Clients can register themselves through the self-service event portal. However, if a client is requesting support from us to complete their registration, hereβs how to route it correctly:
For Mastery events (e.g., Business Mastery, Wealth Mastery), submit a request using the Master Concierge form under the Client Experience team.
For UPW or other non-mastery events, submit a Customer Support Request and route it to the Customer Service team.
Only use this process if the client is unable to register on their own and has asked for assistance.
This ensures the right team can complete the registration accurately and without delay.
