Purpose
This article provides internal guidance for supporting clients with Mastery Community access, event group access, Arena login issues, mobile app support, and password assistance.
Login Questions
How do I sign in
• You will receive a welcome or confirmation email with your sign in link.
• Click the link. Click Sign In. Use your Tony Robbins Portal credentials.
• First time login must happen through this link: https://arena.tonyrobbins.com/users/onboarding/choose_plan?plan_id=1732097&bundle_token=eee3fb1deb81fd464df24e97ad24da6f&utm_source=manual
• Once logged in, click Access to open your Mastery Community space.
I am not able to access my community or event group
• Confirm the client has the correct Mastery program tag such as TRIC or BAP.
• Without the correct program tag, the client cannot access the Mastery Community or their event groups.
• If the purchase was within the last 24 hours, the tag may not have been added yet.
Reset or forgot password
• Go to the login page.
• Click Sign In.
• Click Forgot Password.
• Enter the email address associated with the Mastery account.
• A one time reset link will be emailed and is valid for 1 hour.
Event Specific Groups Questions
How can I join my event group
• The group link appears in the Members Portal under the Community card.
• The link appears approximately 120 days before the event.
• Event group feeds open for posting 30 days before the event.
• Clients receive an email when the feed becomes active.
Why can I not join the group from the side bar
• Event groups can only be joined through the unique link in the Members Portal or event email.
• These links are tied to the client’s scheduled event.
• If the client is not scheduled, they will not receive a working link.
Arena Specific Questions
How do I download the mobile app
• Click HERE to download the app.
• You can also search for the Tony Robbins Arena app in your mobile app store.
Reset or forgot password for Arena
• Click Sign In.
• Click Forgot Password.
• Enter the email address associated with the Business Accelerator account.
• A one time reset link will be emailed and is valid for 1 hour.
Mastery Community Specific
How do I change my password
• Go to the sign in page.
• Click Sign In.
• Click Forgot Password.
• Enter your email address.
• Follow the link in the email to reset your password.
I purchased Business Accelerator or Inner Circle and do not see Mastery Community in my Arena account
• Use the link below to unlock Mastery Community.
• Click Sign In and use the same credentials used for Inner Circle or Business Accelerator.
• Click Access to unlock the Mastery Community space.
