My client re-enrolled and used funds transferred from another sale to pay for some or all of their coaching (BM/MU/UPW/Product/etc). Why didn’t I get paid?

🔁Commission is paid only on new monies collected. Any funds transferred from within the company are non-commissionable. This means you won’t be paid for funds transferred into coaching—but you also won’t be deducted any commission if a client cancels coaching and transfers the funds elsewhere (like to an event) instead of getting a refund.
