Purpose
This article outlines the mandatory age requirement for all coaching contracts across the company. It clarifies the rule, the actions teams must follow, and how to communicate this standard with clients.
Client Age Requirement
All coaching clients must be 18 years or older.
We cannot coach minors under any circumstances.
This requirement applies to every coaching contract, every program, and every department.
Contract and Enrollment Rules
Do not enroll or create a coaching contract for anyone under 18.
Do not submit a request to make an exception. Exceptions are not permitted.
If a client attempts to purchase coaching for a minor, the contract cannot be created.
If a coach discovers a contract was created for a minor, stop all coaching immediately and escalate to Business Operations.
How To Communicate This To Clients
Use clear and supportive language such as:
"Our coaching programs are available for clients who are 18 or older."
"We are not able to offer coaching to minors, even with parental consent."
"We will be happy to revisit this conversation once the client is 18."
Why This Policy Matters
It ensures full legal and ethical compliance.
It protects the client, the coach, and the company.
It helps the team maintain consistent and aligned standards.
