The Path to Senior Leadership

Becoming a Senior Leader is a powerful opportunity to serve at Tony Robbins events and contribute at the highest level. Below are the requirements and application process.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to apply as a Senior Leader, you must complete:

• Mastery University: Date With Destiny (DWD), Wealth Mastery, and Life Mastery.

• Leadership Mastery: Leadership Academy, DWD Leadership, and either Wealth Mastery Leadership or Life Mastery Leadership.

• Crew Experience: At least one Tony Robbins event (typically UPW). You must attend as a participant before crewing.

Application Process

1. Once you complete the above requirements, email seniorleadership@tonyrobbins.com to request an application.

2. The application includes a questionnaire about your:

   • Tony Robbins event history

   • Professional background

   • Outcomes for becoming a Senior Leader

3. Your questionnaire will be reviewed by the Master and Senior Trainer team. This process usually takes 6–8 weeks.

Acceptance & Serving

• If accepted, you will receive an email confirmation and a link to indicate the events where you wish to serve.

• Acceptance to every event is not guaranteed. Placement depends on the number of Senior Leaders who apply and the needs of the event.

Language Requirement

While many Trainers and Senior Leaders speak languages other than English, you must speak enough English to understand and communicate effectively in that environment.
