The Senior Leadership path is designed for leaders who are ready to elevate their impact, deepen their mastery, and serve at a higher level inside Tony Robbins events. This journey reflects commitment, growth, and the desire to create transformation at scale.
Core Eligibility Requirements
To apply to become a Senior Leader, you must complete the full Mastery University curriculum.
This includes:
• Date With Destiny
• Wealth Mastery
• Life Mastery
You must also complete Leadership Mastery. This includes:
• Leadership Academy
• Date With Destiny Leadership
• Either Wealth Mastery Leadership or Life Mastery Leadership
Event Experience Requirement
Before applying, you must crew at least one Tony Robbins event.
• Most candidates choose UPW.
• You must have attended UPW as a participant in order to crew, since only participants are eligible.
How to Request an Application
Once you have completed all requirements, email seniorleadership@tonyrobbins.com to request the Senior Leader application.
The application includes:
• A questionnaire about your Tony Robbins event experience
• Your professional background
• Your desired outcomes as a future Senior Leader
Review Timeline
Your questionnaire is reviewed by members of the Master Trainer and Senior Trainer team.
This review typically takes 6 to 8 weeks.
Acceptance and Next Steps
If your application is accepted:
• You will be notified by email.
• You will receive a link to indicate the events where you would like to serve throughout the year.
• Acceptance to specific events is based on the number of Senior Leaders who apply and the needs of each event.
Language Requirement
Senior Leaders and Trainers must speak enough English to communicate clearly and understand event direction.
Many leaders speak additional languages. English is necessary for alignment and safety inside the event environment.
