Sales Code of Conduct
RRI Sales Reference Guide - Revised Effective August 2025
Overview
This guide is a companion to the RRI Mandated Sales Code of Conduct (COC), attached separately. The full COC covers referral fees, commissions, lead and account ownership, account stewardship, coaching re-enrolls, after-event sales cycles, required Salesforce documentation, autobill setup, and call monitoring/recording across RRI's sales teams. Refer to the attached document for the complete policy, and use this guide as a quick orientation.
Who This Is For: All RRI Sales team members, including BMR, PRS, CSR, FSR, and Coaches who sell products, events, or coaching contracts. Distributed by HR.
Before You Begin
A few terms used throughout this guide:
- BMR - Business Mastery Rep
- PRS - Premier/Platinum Relationship Sales (event sales)
- CSR - Coaching Sales Rep
- FSR - Floor Sales Rep
Important: All client communication (calls, emails, and any outside-of-Salesforce communication such as text or WhatsApp with international clients) must be documented in Salesforce. Detailed notes are required for a sale to be commissionable - a logged call with no notes, or a call with only keywords, does not qualify.
Important Reminders
- This Code of Conduct attempts to cover most situations but is not exhaustive - each situation is unique. Any situation not explicitly covered, or open to interpretation, will be decided at the sole discretion of the department Sales Manager or their designate, and that decision is final.
- From time to time, RRI may make a temporary adjustment to these rules due to unexpected business situations, at the sole discretion of Sales Management. Any such adjustment will be communicated to the team(s) in writing and will take precedence over this Code of Conduct until the Sales Manager notifies the team(s) in writing otherwise.
- The intent of this Code of Conduct is to best support our clients, stay in compliance as a business, and give each of you the guidelines needed to succeed in your role at RRI.
- This Code of Conduct does not alter or modify the at-will nature of your employment with RRI; at-will employment remains in full force and effect.
- Any violation of this Code of Conduct could result in non-commissionable sales and disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
