🎁 Overview
RRI employees are recognized with opportunities to attend Tony Robbins events as part of their growth and reward experience.
Participation may include Unleash the Power Within (UPW), Mastery Events, Business Mastery, or Rapid Planning Method (RPM), depending on tenure and role.
👩💼 Eligibility & Benefits
Within first 6 months:
Attend UPW (virtual or in-person, domestic).
Company covers ticket, travel, shared hotel, and $65/day per diem.
After 1 year:
Eligible for one complimentary Mastery or Business Mastery event per year.
Company covers ticket, travel, shared hotel, and per diem.
Additional comped events available for each year of service (subject to approval).
Family & Friends Perks:
Family: Complimentary or discounted tickets (materials fee applies; waived after 5 years).
Friends: $100 off UPW or 30% off Mastery events.
Family/friends cover their own travel and lodging.
✈️ Travel & Expenses
Flights and hotels are booked through Navan with CFO-approved dates and costs.
Shared hotel rooms are standard unless otherwise approved.
Per diem: $65/day (domestic) or $75/day (international).
All expenses must follow the RRI Travel Policy; extensions or upgrades require prior approval.
📝 How to Request Event Participation
To ensure a smooth and timely process:
Submit Your Request
Email your manager at least 12 weeks before the event.
Manager sends approval to HR (HumanResources@tonyrobbins.com) 10 weeks before the event.
HR Confirmation
HR will confirm participation about 8 weeks before the event.
Once approved, complete the Event Request Form.
Travel Coordination
HR will connect you with the Events Team to confirm travel and lodging arrangements.
🕒 Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis — so submit early!
💡 Quick Reminders
Attendance is a benefit, not billable work time — regular pay continues, but no overtime applies.
Represent RRI with professionalism at all events.
