For sales team members and coaches, Business Operations maintains an individual folder for each person.
Each folder is private and only accessible to the individual employee.
The 2026 timesheet workbook is already uploaded in that folder.
The timesheet must be completed on a semi monthly basis directly in the live Excel document located in your folder.
This is a single live Excel file that will be maintained throughout the year.
Business Operations will download this live document as needed to submit to HR, instead of collecting separate files on a recurring basis.
Once approved, they will forward the timesheet to andrea.konieczka@tonyrobbins.com

Full time exempt employees who are not eligible for overtime and are not commission only or coaches
No timesheet is required
