Steps
Step 1: Open the File Menu
In the Outlook app on your PC, click the File tab in the top-left corner.
The File tab is located next to Home in the top ribbon.
Step 2: Select Options
A new menu will appear on the left-hand side. Select Options, near the bottom of the list.
Options is located just above Exit at the bottom of the menu.
Step 3: Select Calendar
In the Outlook Options pop-up window, select Calendar from the left-hand navigation menu.
The Calendar section lets you set your first day of the week, first week of year, and default meeting options.
Step 4: Personalize Your Calendar and Time Zone
Scroll down to the Display Options section to personalize your calendar, including your time zone.
The Time Zones section allows you to set your primary time zone and, optionally, add a second or third time zone for reference.
Step 5: Save Your Changes
Once you're finished, click the OK button at the bottom of the window to save your changes.
