Accessing a Coaching Client’s Full 53-Page DISC Assessment

The full 53-page DISC assessment report is available for coaching clients once their assessment has been completed.

Where to Find the Assessment

• If the client completed their DISC assessment prior to the contract being assigned to you, the full report will already be attached to the coaching contract under Notes and Attachments.

• If the client has not completed their DISC assessment, a note will be added under Notes and Attachments stating that the client still needs to complete it.

When the Client Completes the Assessment After Contract Assignment

• Once the client completes their DISC assessment, you can submit a ticket to Business Operations with the client’s information.

• Business Operations will:

  1. Retrieve the full assessment.

  2. Upload it to the client’s coaching contract (CX) under Notes and Attachments.
