If an Opportunity is saved in a specific stage without clicking Add Selected Item to the Order, the Opportunity will not contain a product. This prevents it from being processed correctly and must be corrected before moving forward.
What Happens
When an Opportunity is saved without a product:
The Coaching Product is not attached to the Opportunity.
The record appears incomplete and cannot be processed.
Payments and contract generation will not function properly until a product is added.
How to Correct It
Follow these steps to reopen and update the Opportunity:
Go to the Opportunity in Salesforce.
Scroll down to the Action section.
Click Update.
This will reopen the Opportunity in the Coaching Order Page.
From there, click Add Selected Item to the Order to attach the product.
Once the product is added, you can continue processing the Opportunity as usual.
✅ Tip: Always make sure to click Add Selected Item to the Order before saving the Opportunity at any stage. This ensures the product is properly linked and prevents processing errors later.
