Overview of the General Terms and Conditions
All Results Coaching clients must sign the General Terms and Conditions before their coaching sessions can be activated. The agreement is delivered electronically and must be accepted either through DocuSign or through the online checkout process.
How Clients Receive the Agreement
The General Terms and Conditions are sent through DocuSign when a coaching payment is processed manually.
The client must sign the DocuSign agreement electronically before their coaching sessions can be activated.
When the client pays through the checkout link, the General Terms and Conditions are accepted at checkout. No DocuSign is generated or sent to the client in this scenario.
When to Submit a Ticket
Submit a ticket to Business Operations when a client reports that they have not received a DocuSign agreement after a manual payment has been processed.
Include the client name.
Include the Opportunity ID.
Describe the issue.
Request that Business Operations resend the DocuSign agreement.
Important Distinctions
DocuSign is only triggered when payment is collected manually.
No DocuSign is sent when the client pays through the checkout link. The client accepts the General Terms and Conditions automatically during checkout.
