A coaching contract cannot be split between multiple people. However, if a client chooses to fully transfer their coaching contract to someone else, please follow the steps below to ensure the transfer is handled correctly.
Information Needed from the Original Client
Before submitting the request, gather the new client’s information:
• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
How to Submit the Transfer Request
Once you have the new client’s details:
• Submit a Zendesk ticket to Business Operations with the information listed above.
• In the ticket, let us know whether you will remain the coach for the new client or if the contract needs to be transferred to another coach.
